A wide variety of art history classes, highlighting both special exhibitions and the permanent collection, are offered throughout the year. Class includes an introduction followed by a private tour of LACMA’s galleries and/or special exhibition. Class size is limited so participants have ample opportunity for questions and discussion.

Gallery Course: Hearst the Collector

Join educator Mary Lenihan for this inside look at the special exhibition Hearst the Collector. An introduction will be followed by a private gallery tour before the galleries are open to the public.
Members $30; nonmembers $35
Refreshments and parking fees included in tuition; limited enrollment.

Gallery Course: A Story of Modern Photography
Tuesday, December 16 | 7:30–9:30 pm
Educator Cristina Cuevas-Wolf offers an exploration of photography through two exhibitions: Vanity Fair Portraits: Photographs 1913-2008 and A Story of Photography: The Marjorie and Leonard Vernon Collection. An introduction will be followed by a private gallery tour.
Members $30; nonmembers $35
Refreshments and parking fees included in tuition; limited enrollment.
