Becoming a part of the LACMA community is incredibly rewarding, as you benefit directly from your contributions toward the museum's blossoming. LACMA is a nonprofit organization and depends on private contributions for approximately two-thirds of its funding. Because the museum operates from a balanced budget, the support LACMA receives from the community directly affects the breadth and depth of the programs the museum can offer.
Membership, which comes with many benefits—including free tickets, gifts, members-only days and much more—is a rewarding way to show your support for LACMA. There are many different levels of membership to suit one's ability to give and desire for special museum access. In addition, there are numerous other ways to support LACMA beyond membership.
